A tribute to the final crewed mission of the Apollo program, this was the first mission to include a scientist-astronaut as part of a comprehensive lunar exploration program. As a tribute to this expedition, we bring you the Challenger, with its half-domed skylight that gives you a spacey feeling, and the doorway leading directly into a green lawn, as if calling you to spend the night under the stars. The room immortalizes the ‘moon’ feeling where astronauts spent over 75 hours on the surface of the moon collecting about 243 pounds of samples.
